Join us for an engaging exploration of the Yes Brain and learn how this mindset encourages children and adults to say yes to the world, even during difficult times. Leave with practical ways to encourage Yes Brain qualities, such as emotional balance, resilience in the face of frustration, personal insight, and compassion for others.
Enjoy Dr. Bryson’s clear, humorous and helpful presentation of science-based strategies that nurture strength from the inside out. Discover how your Yes Brain can help you approach life with openness, excitement and joy!
Dr. Tina Payne Bryson is co-author (with Dan Siegel) of The Yes Brain, as well as two New York Times Best Sellers, The Whole-Brain Child and No-Drama Discipline. She is a psychotherapist and Founder/Executive Director of The Center for Connection and The Play Strong Institute in Pasadena, CA, helping kids and families thrive.
