Ladies: It's Time to Put Your Health First

In this day and age, women have so much responsibility . . . wife . . . mother . . . caregiver . . . and the list goes on. But whatever role you play, you know you can't be your best, unless you're at your best, and that means taking care of yourself. Join Family Medicine Physician Dr. Annabel Yuen to learn about all things relating to women: perimenopause, menopause, mammograms, diet, symptoms not to ignore and necessary screenings to protect your health. The event will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 9 in the Community Room at Porter Regional Hospital, 85 East US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.

When Joint Replacement is the Best Option: Shoulder and Minimally Invasive Hip Replacement Surgery

Orthopedic Surgeons Drs. Thomas Kay and Michael Leland will discuss chronic joint pain and reasons you may be a candidate for joint replacement surgery. The event will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 17 at Sand Creek Country Club, 1001 Sand Creek Drive in Chesterton.

Can You Hear Me?

Have trouble hearing your dining partner in a busy restaurant? Want to enjoy the conversation without the constant ringing in your ears? Join ENT Dr. Matthew Provenzano to learn more about how hearing loss is diagnosed and the best new treatment options. The event will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 29 at Strongbow Inn, 2405 E. U.S. 30 in Valparaiso.
