The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi’s Four Winds® Casinos are pleased to announce that The Reunion Beatles Fantasy Tribute will perform at Four Winds South Bend’s Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Ticket prices for the show start at $25, plus applicable fees, and can be purchased online at Ticketmaster beginning on Friday, January 19 at 10 a.m. Eastern. Hotel rooms are available on the night of the performance and can be purchased with event tickets.
In November 2023, The Beatles announced the release of their final single, a newly produced version of John Lennon's ballad “Now and Then.” The song, featuring all four of the band members, debuted on the U.K. Singles Chart at number 1, 54 years after their last chart topper. In the United States, it debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Digital Song Sales chart and at number 7 on the Hot 100, becoming their 35th top ten single. “Now and Then” also debuted at number 1 on the Billboard AAA chart, making it the band's first number 1 on a Billboard radio airplay chart since “Let It Be” in April of 1970.
Two years earlier, on November 21, 2021 the hotly anticipated Documentary Series “The Beatles: Get Back” made its Worldwide streaming debut on Disney+. Three separate two hour plus episodes aired on consecutive nights. The series, directed by Peter Jackson (“Lord of The Rings”) was created from over 55 hours of film footage originally shot for the 1970 Feature film, “Let It Be.” Those who have seen it (including Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr) say that it fills you with excitement and joy as you witness the sheer magnificence of the greatest rock and roll band of all time, working, recording, playing, and radiating the magic that was The Beatles. The series culminates with their last ever public performance; the entire 41minute “Rooftop Concert” from 1969.
For obvious reasons, the band was never able to “Get Back” after that day on the roof. The Rock & Roll Reunion of all time was never to be.
