The 4th Annual Film Festival in Gary, presented by Gary native and Hollywood actor William L. Johnson, will be hosted at The Glen Theatre on Friday, Feb. 20 and Saturday, Feb. 21.
On Friday, Feb. 20, attendees will enjoy an opening night reception as well as the feature movies “The Man in 3B” and “The Cru.” A question and answer session with film producers and Johnson will follow the last movie. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.
Beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, film festival attendees will be able to view the feature movie “Urban Love Story,” the documentary “Gary, IN: The Tale of Two Cities,” and the movie short “HORSE.” A question and answer session with film producers and Johnson will again follow the final movie.
Advance tickets cost $30 for both Friday and Saturday, $20 for Friday only, and $15 for Saturday only. Tickets purchased at the door will cost $25 for Friday and $20 for Saturday. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Beautiful Things, 3570 Village Court in Gary.
