Symphony of Chesterton Wins the High Note Award for Excellence in Customer Service

Symphony of Chesterton has a lot to celebrate! Last month, the assisted living center was honored with the High Note Award for the fourth time in the short few years the facility has been opened.

Ashley Gutowski, the Director of Customer Service at the facility, is well aware of the amount of hard work and dedication it took from the rest of the staff to earn the award. The award is the monthly achievement, which honors the customer service for the month. It is based on community reviews, recommendations, and customer service scores.

“Out of all the buildings, we have won four times,” Gutowski explained. “It is a great honor.”

The award is given to the center with the highest customer service feedback out of all 28 Symphony facilities in the state. There are Symphony facilities in Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin.

The trophy, a large, gold, Olympic-looking victory cup, was being carried throughout the facility on Friday afternoon, making sure all staff members know their hardwork and efforts are being noticed.

Thanks the many exceptional therapists and nurses and staff members, the service found at Symphony of Chesterton is trophy-worthy exceptional!
