Glenn Robinson Hosts Basketball Camp At Lake Central High School

Glenn Robinson seizes opportunities. When the chance came for him to host his own camp at Lake Central, he was not going to pass it up.

"It sold out so quickly," he said. "We have 175 kids for each of the days."

Robinson is living proof of the power of staying true to your roots.

"It feels great to come back," he said. "It's only me, Robbie Hummel, and E'Twaun Moore in the area, so I try to do my best."

Robinson just finished his second season in the league, his first with the Indiana Pacers. He made the playoffs for the first time in his career.

"I'm thankful that the Pacers worked with me and helped give me this opportunity," he said.

Lake Central coaches, players of the past, and other various alumni came to help out with the camp.

The Big Dog's son has a gentle bark. He will continue to walk softly and carry a big stick.
