Humane Society Calumet Area to Host American Red Cross Blood Drive on August 2nd

Humane-Society-Calumet-AreaHumane Society Calumet Area (HSCA) has teamed up with American Red Cross to host a blood drive on August 2 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the shelter, 421 45th St, Munster, Ind.

In less than an hour, you can be a lifesaver to up to three people, just by donating blood. Everyone who signs up to donate blood will receive a discount on an adoption or a coupon to PAWS Resale Shoppe.

This blood drive was planned in conjunction with HSCA’s participation in the ASPCA Rachael Ray $100K Challenge and in line with their “Rescue Me” theme for the challenge.
