The MIS Title 1 Department hosted their annual Family Fun Night on Monday in the school’s cafeteria. The theme this year was Pizza Pizzazz! Families were invited to come together for an evening full of food, fellowship, and fraction fun! Students were encouraged to participate in a few welcoming activities, such as graphing their favorite pizza toppings, pizza vocab bean bag toss, and drawing pizza fractions.
Each child who attended received a free book and Lake County Library sent a representative to encourage everyone to READ, READ, READ! After dinner, students and their families broke into groups and played two more math games before the evening ended. A great time was had by all!
