Former NFL Football player Shawn Harper visited both Westchester and Liberty Intermediate Schools to give his message on bullying, choices and character.
Pictured with Liberty Intermediate sixth grader Kaden Bane, Harper talked about how hard it is to succeed when you have a heavy load; but with determination, hard work, perseverance, good choices and teacher support he was triumphant. He also gave students a special treat when he ripped a thick telephone book in half with his bare hands.
