The Westchester Intermediate School (WIS) Math Bowl Team competed in the annual Purdue M.A.T.H. Bowl on Thursday, Feb. 26 at Boone Grove Middle School. WIS won their division with a score of 27 out of the possible 32 total points. This was the highest score at the contest site and, after being tabulated with the other 119 schools in their division across the state, ended up tied in the 14th spot overall. At the time of the Boone Grove contest, 8000 students and 521 schools were competing at other sites statewide.
