Regional Federal Credit Union will be holding Home Buyer Education Seminars at each of our three branches over the next couple of months. These seminars are designed to provide expert information about the home buying process. A loan officer and a realtor will be available to answer any questions. Grant funds are available to qualified lower income consumers who wish to own a home, yet do not have a down payment.
Anyone attending any of the seminars will qualify for an additional $150.00 in credit towards closing costs if they apply for a loan with REGIONAL.
The first event is at our Hammond branch on April 10, 2014 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. The next is at our Portage location on May 20, 2014, from 6:30 - 8:30. The final seminar is at our Valpo branch on June 26, 2014 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm.
