Seriously, their dealer code is 001.

But of all the ones at Thomas Kia, there is nothing more important to them than their number one goal: putting the customer first.

General Manager, Tom Seely, says that being the best in customer service comes from creating an atmosphere for relationships to begin, and doing everything it takes to make sure they last.

“We just try to have fun here,” Seely told IIMM. “It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here; there’s free popcorn; free water; free soda. People come here and they’re smiling.“

But this commitment to their customers extends a lot further than a smile and free snacks; it’s shown in their service and their willingness to invest in the customers.

Thomas KIA will soon be going through a renovation that will change the showroom and enhance their waiting room to make sure customers come happy, and stay happy. In addition, Thomas believes in their service center and the quality work the team does; so much so that they have lifetime warranties on every new AND pre-owned vehicle that comes through their door and passes their 101 point inspection.

“If the vehicle passes that inspection, rest assured we’ll take care of you for the rest of its life,” Seely said. “We are one of the only KIA dealerships in the state to do this, and for people who keep their car or drive high miles, there’s really no other way to go.”

Because it’s about trust at Thomas Kia. Trust in your team, and in turn the customers will put their trust in you.

“In today’s society, it’s far too common for people to come in buy one car from someone and that’s it,” Seely added. “Here, people come in they buy one car, they buy another, and then their kids come in one day and get one.”

“From the moment a customer walks in the door to the moment they walk out, our number one priority is for them to always be happy.”
