Team Effort Puts Thomas KIA Tops in Customer Satisfaction

It takes a team at Thomas KIA to be on top, and the first KIA dealer in the state has become the top dealer in the Thomas Auto Group in sales, service, and parts.

And it’s all in thanks to a group of hardworking employees that recognize they’re all in it together.

“It’s been a great start to the first half of the year for us,” Thomas KIA’s Moe Youssef told IIMM. “We’ve been working as a team and came out #1 in customer service for the Thomas Group.”

The distinguishment comes as a result of every department working with each other to make sure no matter what department the customer needs, they are treated like family throughout their entire time at Thomas.

But the good news at Thomas also comes as a result of some good times, as evidenced by the team’s Facebook page that shows a team working hard, playing hard, and most of all working together as a team.

“Our core team is in established here at Thomas,” added Youssef. “And we are all-in on taking customer satisfaction to a whole new level.”

It’s the little things, like Memorial Day barbeques, that make the customer feel more at ease and like family at Thomas KIA.

And the awards for customer satisfaction, adds Finance Manager, Matt Summar, that the little things Thomas KIA is doing are working.

“All of these awards come down to how the customer is treated being the main priority.”
