Thomas KIA Finance Team Awarded for Top Customer Satisfaction

If you follow along on Thomas KIA of Highland’s Facebook page, you can see the team is not missing out on any opportunities to have a good time. But that doesn’t mean that they’re not working hard in the process; they’ve just got it figured out.

What’s “it,” exactly? It is being able to bring that fun, family style of service to each and every customer who walks through their door. And recently, two members of the Thomas KIA family were rewarded for doing just that

Jim Knizek and Matt Summar of Thomas KIA’s Finance Department recently received the award for “Top Customer Satisfaction” throughout the Thomas Auto Group family. The awards are based off a series of measurable objectives, with the main focus being on how well a customer is treated during their time at the dealership.

“Each quarter we have different standards and objectives that each department strives to obtain,” said Summar. “The major area being customer satisfaction. And for the first quarter of 2016, our finance department had the highest overall customer satisfaction score.”

And because the competition is between teams in the Thomas Auto Group, Summar said it felt just a little bit nicer to know that the customer satisfaction trophy would be hanging out at Thomas KIA for a little bit.

“These awards really are a nice way to get a little friendly competition going between the dealerships.”

But in the end, Summar adds, the true value of the award is the satisfaction in knowing the team is doing everything they can to make sure their customers feel like family, and that includes the understanding that these contests are a chance for the team to brainstorm and focus on improving the customer experience.

“The competitions really get to allow everyone to share ideas and strive to get better.”
